Office Flooring in Leicester City Centre
Late in 2015 we completed the supply and installation of office flooring in Leicester City Centre for Spearing Waite Law Firm at Welford House.
On this project at Welford House we worked with the main contractor.
We tendered for this project against other large commercial flooring companies in Leicestershire. DCS Flooring are very competitive so we were always confidant that we could win this project on price, we have worked with the main contractor before and always delivered perfect results.
The whole project was a £2 million refurbishment and the client wanted to use the very best materials and had extremely good taste.
As part of our works we needed to supply and install:
- 1500m2 of Burmatex Lateral carpet tile on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor of the building.
- 400m of Altro Walkway to the kitchens, bathrooms and rear staircase.
- 250m2 of JHS ECO tile to the ground floor of the building.
- 102 Quantum stair nosing to every step in the building.
- 110m2 of Altro smooth to the break out area.
This was a very prestigious project and one that we were very proud to have in our portfolio.
The flooring works were completed in 6 weeks from the start of September to mid October 2015.
