Working with the main contractor and Oadby and Wigston council in Leicestershire, DCS flooring have been the supplier and installer of new Polysafe Mosaic flooring at 50 properties on Queen Street and King Street, in Oadby, Leicestershire.

The main contractor was responsible for the refurbishment of all kitchens and bathrooms with us then installing the flooring in the newly refurbished areas.

Outline of Contract:

• Install all sub floors with a 3mm smoothing compound prior to installation of Polysafe Mosaic.
• Supply and install Polysafe Mosaic once the main contractor had finished installation of new kitchen and bathroom.
• Weld all joints of flooring.

We work closely with the main contract to ensure that there is a smooth, quick transition from them completing their works to us installing the floor, this is vital as the properties are occupied and the tennats need there homes back to normal as quickly as possible.
