We have recently completed a project in Derby City Centre, working with the main contractor.

Outline of work:

• Uplift and dispose of existing carpet tiles on the third floor.
• Supply and fit 550m2 of JHS Triumph loop carpet tiles.
• Supply and fit quantum nosing’s to staircase.
• Supply and install Altro Xpresslay to the kitchen, male, female and disabled toilets.

This project was the refurbishment of serviced offices on the 3rd floor of an office block.

We have worked with the main contractor and the serviced office provided for many years now and we use the same JHS carpet tiles on all of there branches throughout the U.K.

JHS Carpet Tiles

DCS Flooring are a large supplier of carpet tiles and we will only work with the leading brands as we care about our reputation. Working with the leading brands doesn’t always mean that you are paying excessive prices.

We use a JHS carpet tiles that is very cost effective and ticks all of the boxes in a commercial office environment, we have also installed these tiles in Schools, Colleges and shops.

If we do not have stock we can have a next day delivery any where in the UK.

The project in Derby city centre is a continuation of works that we undertaken 2 years ago on the fourth floor with the same client and main contractor, this shows that we use quality products and our installations are always to the highest of standards.

Altro Xpresslay

A fantastic safety flooring product with great colours especially whale (grey) that was chosen on this project.

It is very modern, extremely hard wearing and perfect for any office toilet or commercial kitchen.

Quantum Nosing’s

Quantum nosing are perfect for any staircase in a commercial property.

There is a large selection of designs to cover all requirements.

We will measure all stairs prior to installation to ensure that all nosing’s are cut to size off site which drastically increases our installation time.
